The Legislature Has No Dome, Unity. This painting began on an easel behind Herman Poulin's "Service Through Christ" statue on the day of the Notre Dame Paris fire April 16, 2019. Over four years, dozens of people, including children as young as five, contributed to the artwork by adding flowers to the base of the painting by the reflection pool. These flowers symbolize renewal in the face of an apocalyptic scene.
